What Happens in a Session
Your first session is a relaxed space where we talk about what’s brought you here and what you’d like to change. We touch briefly on the past to help me understand your needs. I’ll explain how the brain works when we’re anxious, low, or overwhelmed and how hypnotherapy can help shift those patterns. You’ll receive a free relaxation audio to start using at home.
In follow-up sessions, we focus on what’s going well and build on those small wins. I’ll guide you into a calm, relaxed state, known as trance, so your mind becomes more open to positive change. Each session lasts about 60 minutes. We will create support that fits around you. Gentle, collaborative sessions at a pace that works for your life. I’m always happy to work around your availability.
