What is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy?

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a gentle, modern approach that helps reduce anxiety, build confidence, and support lasting emotional change. It's not about digging into what's wrong or reliving the past, it's about helping your mind feel safe again and reconnecting with what's already strong within you.

This gentle approach brings together the latest neuroscience with psychotherapy and hypnosis. We now understand much more about how the brain works, especially when it comes to stress and anxiety. A big part of the process involves calming the area known as the primitive brain, the part that handles survival responses like fight-or-flight, panic, and overthinking. At the same time, we're engaging the left prefrontal cortex, the part of the brain linked to calm, rational thought, decision-making and focus.
