Initial Consultation £45.00 (approximately 50 minutes)
This first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I’ll ask a few simple questions to understand what’s been going on and what you’d like support with. We’ll also go through a brief health history so I can ensure everything I offer is safe, appropriate, and tailored to you.
I’ll then explain how the brain works in relation to what you’re experiencing. Many clients find this part a real lightbulb moment, as it helps make sense of how they feel and how change is possible. You’ll come away with tools to start feeling more in control, and more like yourself.
You’ll also receive a personalised relaxation audio to support the work we do. I’ll explain the treatment process and what to expect in future sessions, including how many might be helpful.
This session is your opportunity to see if the approach feels right for you before deciding to continue.
Subsequent Hypnotherapy Sessions £70.00 (approximately 60 minutes)
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process where we focus on what’s going well and take steady steps towards how you want to feel. I’ll guide each session, combining gentle, forward-looking conversation with deep relaxation (hypnosis), so your brain can start to shift out of survival mode and into a space where lasting change can happen. Each person’s journey is different and we’ll talk about what feels right for you in your Initial Consultation.
Subsequent Sessions Under 16 £55.00 (approximately 60 minutes)
These sessions follow the same structure as described above, with a reduced rate available for clients under 16.
Brief Follow-up or Booster Session £50.00 (approximately 50 minutes)
If you’ve benefitted from hypnotherapy in the past, a booster session can be a helpful way to reset and recentre, especially if life feels busy, you’re facing something new, or you just miss having that focused time and support.
We’ll take a moment to catch up, explore what’s going on for you right now, and gently guide the session based on what you need. Then we’ll use trance to help you reconnect with that calm, steady part of yourself you’ve accessed before.
It’s a simple but powerful way to regain clarity and remind your mind what it already knows — that you can handle whatever comes next.
Phobia Work £165.00 (3 sessions)
Phobias can develop without us even realising how, but they don’t have to hold you back. This gentle process begins with an Initial Consultation to understand your needs and explain how the treatment works.
If you choose to go ahead, you’ll have three structured sessions: a calming relaxation session to prepare your mind, followed by a Rewind and Reframe process to help you move past the fear.
The cost of your Initial Consultation will be deducted from the total price, usually £210, when you book the three sessions in full before starting.
Quit Smoking or Vaping £150.00 (approximately 2 hours)
If you're ready to stop smoking or vaping, this extended two-hour session is designed to support you fully from the very beginning.
We’ll start by exploring your personal reasons for wanting to quit, your habits and patterns, and any worries or challenges you’ve faced in the past. I’ll also explain how the brain forms and holds on to these kinds of habits, and how hypnotherapy can help change that — not by forcing willpower, but by working with your subconscious to support real, lasting change.
Once you're feeling comfortable and clear about the process, I’ll guide you into a deeply relaxed state and deliver tailored suggestions to help your mind let go of the old patterns and reconnect with your desire to feel free, healthy, and in control.
You’ll also receive a hypnotherapy audio download to listen to each night for ongoing support. This helps reinforce the work we’ve done and keeps your mind moving in the right direction.
This is a one-off session, and many people find it's all they need to create a powerful shift.
Guided Relaxion Confidence Boosting £40.00 (approximately 45 minutes)
This session is a gentle introduction to hypnosis, perfect for anyone curious about the benefits of trance and relaxation. It’s not aimed at resolving a specific issue, but instead offers a calming, uplifting experience — like a mental massage.
Together, we’ll create a simple visualisation of your best self, or perhaps a moment where you feel calm, capable, and confident. I’ll guide you into a relaxed state where your mind becomes more open to positive suggestions that support confidence, self-worth, and emotional ease.
It’s a lovely treat to give yourself and a chance to pause, reset, and reconnect with the part of you that already knows how to thrive. Ideal for anyone who enjoys personal growth, wants to feel more at ease, or just fancies an empowering, restorative hour.
Block Bookings (only available following an Initial Consultation)
4 Hypnotherapy Sessions £220.00 (£200 under 16)
6 Hypnotherapy Sessions £350.00 (£300 under 16)
Everyone’s journey is unique, so the number of sessions depends on your specific symptoms and goals. Simple phobias can often be resolved in as few as 3–4 sessions, while other concerns may benefit from 6–12 sessions, or possibly more. We’ll talk through what’s best for you during your Initial Consultation, once I’ve had the chance to understand your needs fully.
For that reason, block bookings can only be arranged after the Initial Consultation. This first session is an essential step and your opportunity to get a sense of how I work and whether this feels like the right approach for you. Equally, it helps me understand the nature of the issue and what kind of support will be most effective. Every client is different, and the number of sessions can vary quite a bit depending on what you’re hoping to change.
You’re always in control of your sessions. If you feel ready to continue on your own after a few, I’ll fully support and encourage that. And if, further down the line, you feel a refresher session or two could help, I’ll be here when you need me.
Hypnotherapy is wonderfully effective and often faster than other therapies and my aim is always to empower you to feel confident moving forward independently.
To begin with, I usually recommend weekly sessions to build momentum, then we can space them out as you feel more self-assured.
